14 August 2006 March – May 2006The first group of students completes TOL’s online Russian-language journalism course. The course, developed by the BBC and Britain’s Guardian newspaper, covered all major facets of journalism, from newsgathering and interviewing to questions of journalistic ethics. Aimed primarily at Russian university students, the course was offered free of charge to qualified candidates.
