1 June 2001 TIRANA, Albania–Nine people were wounded in a mine blast in an outdoor market in central Tirana on 29 May. Police ruled out the possibility of a terrorist attack, explaining that Ramazan Misku, 62, who sold scrap iron at the market, had found the Chinese-made mine at a scrap site, and assumed it was safe.
