13 July 2001 SARAJEVO. Bosnian Foreign Minister Zlatko Lagumdzija, a Bosniak Muslim, was nominated by Bosnia's joint presidency to become the country's next prime minister. Lagumdzija is the leader of the Social Democratic Party, the biggest party of the governing Alliance for Change. Lagumdzija would replace Bozidar Matic, a Croat, who resigned last month.
