8 November 2001 BELGRADE, 8 November (Beograd.com)–Florence Hartmann, spokesperson for the Office of the Prosecutor (OTP), denied rumors that Carla Del Ponte, chief prosecutor of the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia (ICTY), was considering indicting Alija Izetbegovic, the former president of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Hartmann has called such rumors “media speculations.”
